Upon booking one or more tables, please fill out our Vendor Information Form here

Each Vendor Table includes a tablecloth, 1 chair and up to 2 vendor badges. (If you need more than 1 chair just ask)

EVENT:

CardFest NorthWest - January 31, 2026 - 10:00am to 5:00pm (9:15am opening for VIP ticket holders) - Lynnwood Event Center, Lynnwood, WA

All vendors must be sellers of trading cards, sports cards or other collectibles (for example comic books, Funkos, video games, artwork). Other types of vendors are not permitted without prior consent.

We want to help promote all of our vendors. If you wish to be promoted, after booking your table(s), please submit a logo and provide your social media handles on this form, so we can announce your participation. The earlier you book your table, the more time we have to promote YOU!

Featured Vendor Sponsorships includes:

• Logo on flyers, website, show map in show guide
  
• Social media post announcing you as a featured vendor
  
• (Optional) Full page ad in show guide (need ad graphics 3 weeks prior to event)
• (Optional) Insert in swag bags (need insert material 2 weeks prior to event)
