FOR ATTENDEES
Attendee Questions
Is there a fee to attend?
Yes, admission varies by location. Buy your tickets ahead of time for best savings.
What are the show hours?
Show hours can vary, but our typical shows, the doors open at 10:00 AM for VIP entry and 12:00 PM for general admission. Shows run until 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving early as some of the best deals happen in the first few hours.
What types of cards can I find?
Every show has a diverse mix: sports cards (baseball, basketball, football, hockey), Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, vintage cards, graded slabs, sealed product, and accessories. With 100+ vendor tables, you’ll find something in any category.
Can I bring cards to sell or trade?
Absolutely. Bring your collection and negotiate directly with vendors on the floor. Many dealers are happy to trade or buy. If you want your own table to display inventory, you’ll need to reserve a vendor spot in advance.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available at all our venues. Check the individual show page for specific venue details and directions.
Are kids welcome?
Yes! Cardfest NW shows are family-friendly events where all kids 13 and under are completely free. We even have a Kids Table where kids get free product at all our shows! Depending on the show, kids may also enjoy special activities and opportunities — check each show page for details.
How many shows happen each month?
We currently aim to run at least three shows every month across Western Washington: Bellingham, Mount Vernon, Everett, Lynnwood, Bellevue, and Tacoma (WA). Check each show page for dates, as they’re on different weekends.
What is the ELITE VIP Badge?
A $100 season pass. It is your ticket, with VIP entry, to every remaining 2026 Cardfest Northwest show — plus an exclusive metal badge, a Cardfest lanyard, double booster packs at every show, and first access to the 2027 pass.
Do ELITE VIP Badge holders still need a ticket?
No. The badge is the ticket. Wear it to the door at any remaining 2026 show and walk in at 10:00 AM — there is nothing else to buy.
How do I get my badge after I buy it?
At will-call. Bring your emailed receipt and a photo ID to the Cardfest check-in table at your first show, and we will hand you your metal badge and lanyard there. Nothing is mailed.
FOR VENDORS
Vendor Questions
How do I apply for a vendor table?
Create an account thru Ontreasure.com, select the event, and choose your preferred table size/type (table size options vary per venue). We’ll confirm availability and send payment instructions.
How far in advance should I apply for a table?
We recommend applying as soon as tables launch. Most of our shows sell out in the first week of tables launching. Tables are not first come first serve as we strive to curate a diverse range of collectibles at our shows, as well as give some priority to our returning vendors, but applying early gives you the best chance to secure a spot.
What’s included with a table?
Each standard table includes one 6 or 8-foot table (depending on venue) and two chairs, tablecloth are typically provided except at select venues. You’re welcome (and encouraged) to bring and setup your own display fixtures, backdrops, and signage within your table space.
What’s the refund policy?
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the show are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future show. Cancellations inside 7 days are non-refundable, though we typically have a long waitlist and can fill your table if canceled with enough notice. If so, we will extend our normal cancelation policy of a full refund or credit towards a future show
Can I sell at multiple shows in the same month?
Yes! Many of our vendors attend most of our shows each month. Each show has a separate table fee, but booking multiple locations is a great way to maximize your sales and customer reach.
